Update and create the necessary environment management documentation with both internal and external support.Manage the sub-contractors operational activities, consultancy support and follow the action plans defined with the Authorities (meetings actions plan – permits renewals actions plan – others). Coordinate all agreed and scheduled maintenance work (process conditions, area protection & landscape), the planned improvements and the different projects.

Ensure compliance with all permit requirements and that future storage capacity meets the Company’s needs – define short and medium-term actions as required.

Manage the condition of environmental installations, in particular the different ponds and basins.

Coordinate the related actions plan to ensure timely execution within agreed budgets. Manage the outcome of the environment indicators to minimize environmental impacts.

Determine, with Production and Maintenance leaders, the impact of the process activities on the environment, in particular the CET water.

Schedule and oversee process water flow improvements, recycling and waste management, air emissions and dust control, and the sampling and analysis of groundwater, in line with legal obligations and permit requirements.

Organize and coordinate effective environmental management on site.

Review safety performance and promote continuous improvement.

Promote adherence to safety procedures & work instructions in accordance with Group protocol.

View safety as a core value and participate in safety meetings and safety projects, as required.
